HP Inc. disclosed a collaboration with Red Hat and NVIDIA to create an enterprise artificial‑intelligence platform aimed at running production inference close to users and data sources.
The solution centers on the HP ZGX Fury workstation, which incorporates NVIDIA’s GB300 Grace Blackwell Ultra Desktop Superchip and builds on the DGX Station architecture. HP says the system can provide up to 20 PFLOPS of FP4 AI performance for local inference tasks.
The hardware is certified to operate on Red Hat Enterprise Linux and is listed in the Red Hat Ecosystem Catalog, where it can be ordered. Software integration combines Red Hat AI Factory with NVIDIA AI Enterprise on a Red Hat OpenShift foundation, delivering a unified AI stack.
HP targets manufacturing, healthcare, retail, government and software‑development sectors, emphasizing workload isolation, latency reduction, data‑sovereignty and connectivity needs. Customers may test the offering in a sandbox environment on HP devices running the Red Hat AI Factory before moving to production, with evaluation details to be announced.
