High Roller (ROLR), a micro-cap company that operated as an online casino under brands including High Roller and Fruta, outlined a strategic pivot to prediction markets during a presentation at the Micro-Cap Virtual Conference on August 20, 2026.
The company, which went public via IPO in 2024, has restructured its operations and leadership since mid-2025 under CEO Seth, who joined in April 2025 and previously helped scale PointsBet to a valuation of approximately A$5 billion on the ASX. High Roller raised $26 million in January 2026 through a private placement and registered direct offering, bringing its cash position to $18 million and shareholders’ equity to just under $30 million as of the end of the second quarter.
The legacy casino business generated $30 million in revenue in 2024 but saw top-line decline to $20 million in 2025 as the company exited most markets ahead of its strategic shift. As of the latest twelve months to Q2 2026, High Roller reported $15.63 million in revenue and a gross profit margin of nearly 60%, according to InvestingPro. The stock has surged 166% year-to-date and 115.75% over the past year, trading at $6.08 as of mid-August, up from a previous close of $5.48. Analyst price targets range from $14 to $20, implying upside of 130% to 229%, though the company remains listed among InvestingPro’s most overvalued stocks.
The pivot targets the prediction market sector, which Macquarie projects could reach $1.5 trillion in annual contract trading volume by 2030. The total addressable market is estimated at $50 billion, assuming an average contract take rate of 3.25%, with growth expected at an 81% compound annual rate. Within this market, sports-related contracts are projected to account for 44%, while non-sports categories—including finance, politics, crypto, entertainment, music, and culture—are expected to make up 56%.
High Roller has secured a 24-month U.S. exclusivity window through a partnership with Crypto.com, which holds FCM, DCM, and DCO licenses. The agreement provides access to 42 U.S. states via Crypto.com’s compliance framework and connects into a liquidity network including partners such as DraftKings, Truth Social, and Fanatics. The company is regulated by the National Futures Association and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
Technology infrastructure will be powered by a permanent worldwide license to the Markets.com platform, with front-end and back-end ownership and no ongoing fees after launch. High Roller is in the final stages of build and user acceptance testing, with the remaining major hurdle being App Store submission and acceptance.
Strategic partners include Spike Up Media, the company’s largest shareholder, which operates Lines.com and maintains a social media portfolio reaching roughly 5 million followers. Forever Network serves as the exclusive prediction markets partner, delivering over 1 billion impressions to more than 50 million unique potential users, while Leverage Game Media reaches core demographics across Instagram and TikTok with 6 million to 7.5 million followers. High Roller also launched a $25 million free-to-trade challenge ahead of the World Cup to build a user database.
CEO Seth described the transition as "the most exciting and scalable" opportunity of his career, framing the prediction market space as exponentially larger than the company’s prior focus.
