European residential real estate group Heimstaden Bostad AB priced SEK 1.5 billion in green senior unsecured notes split across two tranches, the company said on Monday.
The first tranche consists of SEK 750 million in fixed-rate notes maturing in two years with a coupon of 3.268%, while the second tranche comprises SEK 750 million in floating-rate notes due in 3.5 years, priced at three-month STIBOR plus 87 basis points.
Proceeds will be allocated in line with Heimstaden Bostad’s Green Financing Framework, which received an “Excellent” Second-Party Opinion from Sustainable Fitch. The notes are scheduled for listing on Euronext Dublin, with final terms to be published on the exchange and the company’s website.
Heimstaden Bostad owns more than 156,000 homes across nine countries and reports a total property value of SEK 331 billion. Joint bookrunners for the issuance were Danske Bank, Nordea, SEB and Swedbank.
