H.C. Wainwright has reiterated its Buy rating on Strive Inc (ASST) with a trimmed price target of $36, maintaining the stock as a top crypto-focused holding for the second half of 2026.
The firm highlighted Strive’s Bitcoin strategy, noting the company acquired 12,237 BTC through June 30, lifting its year-to-date Bitcoin yield to 37.7%. In the second quarter alone, Strive added 6,236 BTC, generating a quarterly yield of 23.9%. The analyst also pointed to Strive’s strengthened balance sheet, with liquidity exceeding $200 million following the retirement of all short-term and long-term debt.
Preferred shares of Strive (SATA) have recovered to approximately $99, nearing par value, while the company has maintained 44 consecutive business days of dividend payments. H.C. Wainwright’s outlook aligns with the anticipated procedural cloture vote for the CLARITY Act in the Senate on September 15, which could influence the regulatory landscape for digital assets.
The firm expects accelerated Bitcoin accumulation and net asset value expansion for Strive in the fourth quarter of 2026.
