Adrienne Kebodeaux, a director and 10% owner of Goosehead Insurance, sold 7,000 shares of Class A common stock for $490,000 on August 20, 2026, at $70 per share.
The transaction follows a 13% weekly gain in the company’s stock, which was trading at $73 at the time of the report. After-hours trading later showed the shares at $75.40. The sale involved conversions of 7,000 shares of Class B common stock and 7,000 LLC units in Goosehead Financial into Class A shares.
Post-sale, Kebodeaux holds 273,027 Class B shares, 273,027 LLC units, and 7,000 Class A shares directly. Through the Chick & The Bear Irrevocable Trust, where she serves as trustee, she also retains 58,530 Class B shares and 58,530 LLC units.
Goosehead’s second-quarter results exceeded expectations, with adjusted earnings of $0.64 per share on revenue of $113.4 million, compared with analyst forecasts of $0.48 per share and $103.3 million, respectively. Cantor Fitzgerald and Citizens maintained positive ratings, with price targets of $76 and $100.
The transactions coincide with a planned CEO transition and projected higher spending later in the year.
