Galantas Gold Corporation said on Thursday it had received exercise of 110,000 warrants, raising C$13.2 million at an exercise price of C$0.12 per share.
The company said 100,000 warrants were exercised on Sunday, with an additional 10,000 exercised on Thursday. The warrants convert into the same number of ordinary shares, increasing Galantas' issued share capital to 832,240,323 shares once admitted.
Galantas, which trades on the TSX Venture Exchange and London’s AIM market under the ticker GAL, expects trading in the newly issued shares to commence on or around September 3, 2026, subject to regulatory approval. The company did not disclose the counterparties to the warrant exercise.
The miner, focused on gold and copper assets, is advancing its Indiana Project and the Andacollo Gold Project in Chile. The funding from the warrant exercise will support development activities at these projects, the company said.
