Fulcrum Metals plc said its ordinary shares were approved for trading on the OTCQB Venture Market under the ticker symbol FULMF, expanding access for U.S. investors.
The company, which already lists on London's AIM market under the symbol FMET, emphasized that no new shares are being issued as part of the U.S. quotation. The OTCQB listing will allow U.S. investors to trade Fulcrum's shares in U.S. dollars during American market hours through participating broker-dealers.
Ryan Mee, chief executive officer, said the move broadens the company's North American footprint and increases visibility among U.S. investors. Fulcrum holds exclusive rights to cyanide-free processing technology from Extrakt Process Solutions across its Ontario projects in the Kirkland Lake and Timmins camps.
The company recently secured a £6 million funding package to advance a pilot processing program at its Ontario sites. Fulcrum's business centers on extracting precious and critical metals from mine waste without traditional cyanide methods.
Shares continued to trade on AIM following the OTCQB approval. The firm operates with a focus on environmentally responsible metal recovery technologies.
