FST Corp. (NASDAQ: KBSX) announced that its KBS Hi-Rev 2.0 115-gram steel shaft has been chosen as the stock steel shaft for TaylorMade Golf's new Hi-Toe 5 wedge family. The selection follows the introduction of the fifth-generation Hi-Toe wedges and the companion MyHi-Toe 5 series on August 13.
The Hi-Toe 5 line, available in 12 loft-and-grind configurations ranging from 50 to 60 degrees across four sole grinds, will be offered with the KBS Hi-Rev 2.0 shaft in both chrome and Black PVD finishes. The shaft features a 115-gram weight, 1.3 degrees of torque, and is priced at $199.99 for the Hi-Toe 5 wedges. The premium MyHi-Toe 5 wedges retail for $249.99.
Retail shipping for the new wedges is scheduled to begin on September 3, according to TaylorMade. FST, founded in 1989, supplies shafts to original equipment manufacturers in the golf equipment sector. The company's OEM business reported a 57% year-over-year increase in sales to OEM partners during the first half of 2026.
David Chuang, FST's chief executive officer, said the selection underscores the engineering capabilities of the KBS brand, noting it follows prior OEM partnerships for putter shafts in TaylorMade's Spider Tour and Spider ZT Max families.
