FRP Advisory Group plc said it will hold its annual general meeting on Sept. 24, 2026, at 10 a.m. at the London offices of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP.
The meeting will cover the company’s annual report and accounts for the fiscal year ended April 30, 2026. Shareholders who elected to receive hard-copy documentation received the AGM notice on Tuesday, alongside the annual report.
Voting by proxy must be submitted by 10 a.m. on Sept. 22, 2026. The event will be broadcast live via the Investor Meet Company platform, though remote participants will not be able to speak or vote during the session. Questions may be submitted in advance or during the meeting through the platform or by email, as outlined in the AGM notice, for the board to address where applicable.
