Freecast Inc A (CAST) shares advanced 1.0% in pre-market trading on Monday after the company finalized its acquisition of the Investor News Channel and outlined plans to convert the property into a 24/7 global Free Ad-Supported Streaming Television (FAST) network.
The network, scheduled to launch in November 2026, will feature long-form and evergreen content including CEO interviews, corporate documentaries, public company profiles, emerging technology coverage, and analyst commentary. Freecast’s 52-week trading range remains wide, spanning from $0.50 to $33.00.
Analyst coverage remains sparse, with Maxim initiating coverage with a Buy rating and a $6 price target. The stock last traded well below that level, reflecting the significant upside implied by the valuation. Freecast’s corporate timeline includes a $23.7 million private placement completed in July 2026, alongside streaming platform agreements with fiber provider WIRE3 and a partnership with FPUAnet Communications aimed at reaching over 30,000 homes in the Fort Pierce region.
The broader equity market showed little directional movement on the day, with the Nasdaq Composite essentially flat, the S&P 500 unchanged, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average marginally lower. Freecast’s next earnings release is scheduled for September 2, 2026.
