EQT Real Estate has completed the sale of a 4.4 million square-foot logistics portfolio located in the U.S. Midwest, the company confirmed on Monday.
The portfolio, which encompasses multiple warehouse and distribution facilities, was sold to an undisclosed buyer. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The assets are situated in key logistics hubs across Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio, regions central to domestic supply chains.
The sale underscores sustained investor appetite for industrial real estate, particularly in the Midwest, where proximity to major transportation networks supports long-term operational efficiency. EQT Real Estate, a division of EQT AB Group, did not provide further details on the buyer or financial terms.
Industrial real estate has remained a favored asset class amid e-commerce growth and supply chain reconfiguration. Recent transactions in the sector have reflected robust demand for modern logistics infrastructure, though pricing and valuation trends vary by market.
EQT Real Estate’s disposal of the portfolio follows its broader strategy to optimize its real estate holdings and focus on core markets. The company has not announced additional transactions related to this sale.
