EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc (AIM: EKF) said it repurchased 80,000 ordinary shares at a weighted average price of 24.85 pence on Wednesday.
The buyback was executed across three trades on the AIM exchange, ranging from 24.80p to 25.00p. The first tranche of 40,000 shares was acquired at 24.80p at 12:41:50, followed by 20,000 shares at the same price at 16:23:24. The final 20,000 shares were purchased at 25.00p at 16:44:01.
The company confirmed the purchased shares will be cancelled, with no treasury shares held. Post-cancellation, EKF’s total issued share capital will total 428,448,112 ordinary shares of 1p each.
Based in Penarth, Wales, EKF Diagnostics operates as a global diagnostics business, specializing in point-of-care analyzers for hematology and diabetes, alongside life sciences services. The company maintains five manufacturing sites in the United States and Germany and distributes products to more than 120 countries.
