Docusign has integrated its Intelligent Agreement Management platform with Google Cloud’s Gemini Enterprise for Legal, allowing enterprise legal teams to automate document workflows using Docusign’s agreement intelligence.
The integration, facilitated through the Docusign Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector, enables users to summarize master service agreements, track non-disclosure agreements, monitor pending signatures, identify contracts due for renewal, and generate supplier agreements from approved templates via natural language prompts within Gemini Enterprise. The connector maintains enterprise-grade security and governance standards, according to the companies.
The Docusign MCP connector for Gemini Enterprise is available globally in English. Google’s Gemini Enterprise for Legal, which supports the integration, is accessible by request with features rolling out over the coming weeks.
Docusign serves nearly 1.9 million customers across more than 180 countries, with over a billion users relying on its platform. Allan Thygesen, CEO of Docusign, said the integration reflects the company’s strategy to build an open AI ecosystem that connects trusted business systems with advanced AI capabilities. The partnership aims to provide organizations flexibility in selecting AI platforms while embedding Docusign’s agreement intelligence into existing workflows.
