Diginex Limited said Lubomila Jordanova stepped down as chief executive officer and from the board of directors on Aug. 31, 2026, following a 11-month tenure that began in January 2026 after the company acquired her European carbon accounting platform Plan A.earth GmbH.
Archana Kotecha, the company’s chief impact officer and founder of The Remedy Project Limited, was named interim CEO. Jordanova will remain with Diginex in a strategic advisory capacity to support customer relationships during the transition.
The leadership change coincides with Diginex’s ongoing restructuring into three business segments: Software Solutions, Advisory, and Data. The company completed three acquisitions in fiscal 2026—Matter DK ApS, Plan A.earth GmbH, and The Remedy Project Limited—and has since consolidated its operations under the new structure.
Jacob Friedman, the outgoing chief operating officer, is also leaving the company. Gray Bridges, interim chief technology officer, will continue in that role, bringing more than eight years of technology leadership experience in Asia, including a past position as managing director of Startech Limited.
Diginex’s board, led by Chairman Miles Pelham, said the interim leadership appointments aim to stabilize operations as the company advances its planned acquisition of Resulticks Global Companies Pte. Limited. The firm submitted a Listing Application to Nasdaq on Aug. 27, 2026, seeking approval for the change of control tied to the Resulticks deal, which was signed on Aug. 14, 2026.
Kotecha, a barrister with nearly two decades of experience in human rights and supply chain due diligence, joined Diginex in January 2026 after the acquisition of The Remedy Project. She previously served as Asia region director at Liberty Shared and founded The Remedy Project in 2021.
