Data#3 Ltd’s shares surged 14.7% to a record AUD 10.79 on Monday after the Australian IT services provider reported stronger-than-expected full-year FY2026 earnings and raised its dividend.
The company posted gross sales of AUD 3.4 billion, an increase of 12.7% from the prior year, while earnings before interest and taxes rose 16.6% to AUD 69.8 million. Net profit before tax climbed 14.0% to AUD 78.8 million, with basic earnings per share reaching AUD 0.3516, up 13% year-on-year.
Data#3 declared a final fully franked dividend of 18.25 cents per share, bringing the total FY2026 payout to 31.75 cents, a 13.0% increase. The company attributed the improved performance to robust demand across infrastructure, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity services.
The broader Australian equity market provided modest support, with the S&P/ASX 200 index advancing about 0.6% on the day. Data#3’s stock has gained roughly 28% over the past 12 months, outpacing the benchmark index.
