Data#3 Ltd. shares surged as much as 18% on Monday to a record A$11.10, outpacing the broader ASX 200 index which rose 0.6%, as investors rewarded the Australian information technology company’s fiscal 2026 results driven by artificial intelligence demand.
The company reported pre-tax profit of A$78.8 million, equivalent to US$56.5 million, a 14% increase from the prior year. Revenue climbed 6.4% year-over-year to A$907.3 million, supported by higher demand for AI infrastructure consulting, software solutions and cybersecurity services.
Data#3 also declared a full-year dividend of 31.75 Australian cents per share, a 13% increase from the previous year. The company attributed the improved performance to sustained enterprise investment in AI technologies, which has expanded its core service offerings across enterprise infrastructure and digital transformation projects.
