The Australian IT consultancy reported a 14% increase in pretax profit to A$78.8 million for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, compared with the prior year. Revenue grew 6.4% year-over-year to A$907.3 million. The company declared a full-year dividend of 31.75 Australian cents per share, up 13% from the previous year.
Earnings growth was attributed to expanding demand across infrastructure, AI, software, and cybersecurity consultancy services, as organizations increased adoption of AI technologies. The broader ASX 200 index rose 0.6% on the day, reflecting a positive market backdrop.
The company’s shares reached the intraday high of A$11.10 before paring gains, closing at levels consistent with the record peak. The surge followed the release of annual results that underscored the firm’s positioning in high-growth technology sectors.
