CrowdStrike Holdings Inc. shares reached an all-time high of $250.36, lifting the cybersecurity company's market capitalization to $256.54 billion.
The stock has posted gains of more than 106% over the past year and is up 113% year-to-date, buoyed by analyst confidence in the sector's outlook. Wedbush initiated coverage with an outperform rating, noting that annual recurring revenue growth accelerated to 25% year-over-year in the company's fiscal second quarter of 2027. Net new annual recurring revenue rose 51% year-over-year and 30% quarter-over-quarter, the firm said.
Other Wall Street participants also weighed in. StoneX reiterated its Buy rating and kept a $250 price target after taking part in CrowdStrike's Fal.Con & Investor Day Session 2026. Stephens raised its price target to $280, citing confidence in the AI-driven cybersecurity market.
Evercore analysts highlighted growing cybersecurity challenges posed by artificial intelligence, pointing to increasing volume and sophistication in cyberattacks as a tailwind for firms like CrowdStrike.
On the valuation side, InvestingPro analysis flagged that 16 analysts have revised earnings upward for the upcoming period. However, the data also indicated the stock trades above its estimated Fair Value, suggesting some premium pricing relative to fundamentals.
