The Board of Trustees of the Credit Suisse High Yield Credit Fund has approved a 1-for-10 reverse share split of the fund’s common shares, with trading on a split-adjusted basis scheduled to begin prior to the open of trading on September 30, 2026.
Shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 29, 2026, will be eligible for the adjustment. The fund also announced a name change to UBS Asset Management High Yield Credit Fund, effective September 4, 2026. UBS Asset Management (Americas) LLC serves as the fund’s investment adviser, operating within the Asset Management division of UBS Group AG.
