CQS New City High Yield Fund Limited said it will issue 750,000 new ordinary shares of no par value from its blocklisting facility for cash.
The shares will be issued on Sept. 21, according to a filing seen by Investing.com. The share price for the issuance is 50.6 pence.
Following the issuance, total issued share capital will stand at 724,001,858 ordinary shares, with zero shares held in treasury. Total voting rights will also number 724,001,858.
The fund is managed by Manulife CQS Investment Management, with BNP Paribas S.A., Jersey Branch serving as company secretary and administrator. The new shares will carry full voting rights effective Sept. 21.
The total voting rights figure will serve as the denominator for shareholders calculating whether they are required to notify their interest, or any changes to their interest, in the company pursuant to the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
