Cosmos Health Inc. announced that its newly launched veterinary disinfectant, C‑ScrubVet Wash 4% chlorhexidine digluconate (CHDG), has secured its first customer orders in the United Kingdom and Greece. The product extends the company’s human‑health brand C‑Scrub into the animal‑health market and is manufactured at Cana Laboratories, an EU GMP‑licensed and EMA‑certified facility in Athens.
The 500 ml pump‑dispenser is certified under European standards EN 1656 and EN 1657 for bactericidal and fungicidal activity in veterinary use. Cosmos Health plans a multichannel distribution strategy that begins with e‑commerce platforms, followed by expansion into pet‑store chains, veterinary clinics, retail pharmacies and wholesale distributors through subsidiaries in the United Kingdom and Greece. A broader European launch is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The company highlighted the size of the global animal‑health market, estimated at roughly $69 billion, and cited Grand View Research projections that the market could grow from $75.3 billion in 2026 to $156 billion by 2033. Cosmos Health reported fiscal‑year‑2025 revenue of $65.27 million, a 20 % year‑over‑year increase, and reaffirmed its 2029 guidance of $200.6 million in revenue, $44.2 million in adjusted EBITDA and $31.0 million in net income.
CEO Greg Siokas said the launch “takes a formulation we already own and manufacture, and puts it in front of an entirely new customer base.” The early orders are intended to validate demand and support the company’s expansion plans across Europe.
Cosmos Health’s entry into the veterinary segment adds a new revenue stream while leveraging existing manufacturing capabilities and brand recognition. The company will monitor order flow and market response as it scales distribution throughout the region.
