Cosmos Health Inc. (NASDAQ: COSM) reported record revenue of $19 million for the second quarter ended June 30, a 29% increase from $14.75 million in the same period last year.
Adjusted revenue, excluding sales discount reversals, reached $19.32 million in Q2, up 28.8% year-over-year. For the first half of 2026, the company posted revenue of $36.91 million, a 29.7% rise from $28.46 million in the prior-year period. Adjusted revenue for the six-month period totaled $37.72 million.
Gross profit climbed 29.9% to $1.51 million in Q2, while the adjusted gross margin expanded by 165 basis points to 9.54%. For the first half, adjusted gross profit increased 15% to $3.70 million.
Operating expenses rose 16.5% to $4.44 million in Q2, roughly half the pace of revenue growth. The net loss widened to $6.09 million from $2.83 million in the prior-year period, driven primarily by $2.65 million in non-cash charges related to fair value adjustments on financing arrangements.
Total liabilities decreased 13.3% to $40.79 million as of June 30, down from $47.05 million at year-end 2025. Stockholders’ equity increased 12.2% to $20.67 million, while liquid assets totaled $4.15 million, including $2.45 million in cash and $1.70 million in digital assets and marketable securities.
The board authorized a $5 million share repurchase program on June 26, with 2.65 million shares repurchased in Q2 for approximately $513,000.
