Cosmos Health Inc. (NASDAQ: COSM) reported record quarterly revenue of $19 million for the three months ended June 30, 2026, a 28.8% increase from $14.75 million in the same period last year. Adjusted revenue, excluding sales discount reversals, reached $19.32 million, up 29.7% from the prior-year quarter.
Total revenue for the first half of 2026 climbed 29.7% to $36.91 million, with adjusted revenue at $37.72 million. Gross profit rose to $1.51 million from $1.16 million in Q2 2025, while adjusted gross margin expanded by 165 basis points to 9.54%. Operating expenses increased 16.5% to $4.44 million, outpacing revenue growth but remaining below historical trends.
The company’s net loss widened to $6.09 million in Q2 from $2.83 million a year earlier, primarily due to $2.65 million in non-cash charges tied to fair value adjustments on financing arrangements. For the first half, net loss totaled $8.89 million, compared with $3.65 million in the prior-year period.
Total liabilities declined by $6.27 million, or 13.3%, to $40.79 million as of June 30, while stockholders’ equity rose 12.2% to $20.67 million. Liquid assets stood at $4.15 million, including $2.45 million in cash and $1.70 million in digital assets and marketable securities.
Cosmos Health’s board authorized a share repurchase program of up to $5 million on June 26, 2026. During Q2, the company repurchased 2.65 million shares for approximately $513,000.
