Congresswoman April McClain Delaney, representing Maryland's 6th district, executed a series of stock transactions in August, according to filings released on September 10.
Delaney sold shares of Brown & Brown (NYSE:BRO) valued between $100,001 and $250,000. She also sold BWX Technologies (NYSE:BWXT) stock in the same value range while purchasing additional BWX shares worth $1,001 to $15,000.
In C.H. Robinson Worldwide (NASDAQ:CHRW), she made four separate purchases each ranging from $1,001 to $15,000 before selling a later block valued at $100,001 to $250,000.
Other reported transactions included sales of Clean Harbors (NYSE:CLH) stock worth $50,001 to $100,000, and mixed buys and sells of Core & Main (NYSE:CNM) and Corpay (NASDAQ:CPAY) in the $1,001 to $50,000 range.
Delaney was active across several industrial and services names: EMCOR Group (NYSE:EME), Entegris (NASDAQ:ENTG), ESCO Technologies (NYSE:ESE), and Hubbell (NYSE:HUBB) each saw transactions between $1,001 and $250,000.
Larger sales were recorded in ITT Inc. (NYSE:ITT) and Martin Marietta Materials (NYSE:MLM), both in the $250,001 to $500,000 range.
The disclosures also noted activity in Labcorp Holdings (NYSE:LH), Liberty Media (NASDAQ:FWONK), Life Time Group Holdings (NYSE:LTH), and Live Nation Entertainment (NYSE:LYV).
All trades fall within the reporting requirements of the Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge Act, which mandates publication of congressional stock transactions within 45 days of execution.
