The transactions were executed at weighted average prices between $1.7542 and $1.7788 per share, with the biopharmaceutical company’s stock down 84% year-to-date and trading at $1.85.
TTM Technologies Inc. also saw insider buying, with director Rex D. Geveden purchasing 5,000 shares at $104.90 each for a total of $524,500.
