Chinese manufacturer debuts on the New York Stock Exchange via a $2.01 billion IPO, marking one of the largest listings by a Chinese firm in the U.S. this year.

Chinese industrial manufacturer Londian Wason debuted on the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday, opening at a valuation of $2.01 billion in an initial public offering (IPO).
The company, which specializes in precision components for automotive and industrial applications, priced its shares at $10 each, raising approximately $150 million in proceeds. The listing follows a surge in demand for high-precision manufacturing components amid global supply chain shifts.
Londian Wason’s IPO marks one of the largest debuts by a Chinese company on a U.S. exchange this year, reflecting investor appetite for industrial firms with exposure to both domestic and international markets. The stock opened at $11.20, a 12% premium to its offering price, before stabilizing in midday trading.
The company plans to use proceeds from the IPO to expand production capacity and reduce debt, according to regulatory filings. Londian Wason operates manufacturing facilities in China and serves clients in the automotive, aerospace, and electronics sectors.
