Cardano’s ADA token jumped 11.38% on Saturday to trade at $0.2282, marking its largest single-day percentage gain since August 21, according to Investing.com data. The surge extended a weekly advance of 27.65%, lifting the token’s market capitalization to $8.39 billion.
The intraday trading range spanned $0.2260 to $0.2306, with 24-hour volume reaching $1.17 billion. Over the past seven days, ADA has climbed from a low of $0.1715 to its current level, reflecting a broader rebound across major cryptocurrencies.
Bitcoin rose 5.62% to $77,875.50, maintaining a dominant 59.3% share of the total crypto market capitalization. Ethereum advanced 7.48% to $2,515.90, contributing to a combined crypto market value of roughly $2.64 trillion. Cardano’s market cap now accounts for 0.32% of the sector’s total.
Despite the recent gains, ADA remains 92.64% below its September 2, 2021, all-time high of $3.10, underscoring the volatility that has characterized its price action since the peak.
