CACI International Inc said on Monday it had secured a contract worth up to $176 million to provide advanced test technology for the U.S. Space Force.
The agreement, awarded by the Space Force’s Space Systems Command, covers the development and delivery of integrated test systems used in satellite operations, according to a company statement. Financial terms include a potential base period of five years with options to extend.
CACI’s shares were up 2.1% in premarket trading following the announcement. The defense contractor has been expanding its footprint in space-related programs as the U.S. accelerates investment in military satellite capabilities and resilience.
The contract underscores the Space Force’s focus on modernizing test infrastructure to support rapid deployment and operational readiness of space assets. CACI did not disclose further financial details beyond the contract’s ceiling value.
