Benchmark reaffirmed its Buy rating and $10.00 price target for Westrock Coffee Co. on Monday, citing operational improvements at the company's plants in Conway, Arkansas.
The brokerage noted that installed capacity is now fully utilized for production rather than installation, enabling Westrock Coffee to shorten sales cycles, cross-sell across product lines and generate positive free cash flow ahead of management's forecast. Benchmark estimated the company's current market value at $781 million and projected limited capital expenditures of approximately $30 million annually to support growth.
Westrock Coffee's stock has delivered an 81% return over the past six months and a 96.6% year-to-date gain, despite a 0.74% decline on Aug. 28 that brought the closing price to $8.00. Revenue growth over the trailing twelve months reached 38.6%, though the company's second-quarter earnings and revenue fell short of analyst expectations.
InvestingPro analysis indicated the stock appeared overvalued relative to its Fair Value estimate. Benchmark's rating and target remain unchanged following the operational improvements and capacity utilization gains reported by Westrock Coffee.
