Baosheng Group and 58.com Group have signed a memorandum of understanding to collaborate on AI marketing initiatives, the companies said in a filing on Thursday.
Under the agreement, Baosheng Group will contribute AI virtual human technology, intelligent media-buying tools, AI advertising solutions, short-form video production, and omnichannel online marketing support. 58.com will provide local-services scenarios, offline operating resources, and ecosystem support across its platform, which connects local merchants and consumers in sectors such as employment, real estate, and housekeeping.
The collaboration targets AI marketing, AI advertising, virtual human livestreaming, intelligent media buying, omnichannel content distribution, and smart local services. Applications are planned for local services, travel e-commerce, and offline commercial scenarios, including AI-driven merchant livestreaming, AI advertising placements, and AI short-form video marketing.
The MOU also includes provisions for smart tourism and local services, as well as joint commercial operations. The budget for initial cooperative projects—covering research and development coordination, technical evaluation, and marketing promotion—will be determined separately after preliminary technology integration and project evaluation.
The memorandum is non-binding and does not create legally enforceable obligations. It serves as a framework for future discussions and definitive agreements, which will govern specific rights and obligations. Baosheng Group, listed on NASDAQ under the ticker BAOS, specializes in online marketing strategy, advertising optimization, and delivery services for search, feed, mobile application, and social media advertising.
