Aramark (NYSE: ARMK) has extended its collegiate foodservice and hospitality partnerships to Florida State University and Texas State University ahead of the 2026 NCAA season. The agreements cover 13 competition venues and student-athlete dining facilities at Florida State, while Texas State will see updates at University Federal Credit Union Stadium and the University Events Center.
At Florida State, which competes in the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC), Aramark will manage culinary operations across all athletics venues. The university welcomed nearly 900,000 fans to home events in the prior year, underscoring the scale of the partnership. Michael Alford, Florida State’s Vice President and Director of Athletics, stated the collaboration would ensure "a consistent, high-quality food and hospitality experience" across facilities.
Texas State, a Pac-12 Conference member, will implement new concession concepts and technology-enabled solutions, including Scan-and-Go locations at its stadium and events center. The partnership also introduces the Eat to Excel performance nutrition program, developed by registered dietitians to provide customized meals, nutrition education, and access to a sports dietitian for student-athletes.
Jeremy Stolfa, Texas State’s Associate Athletics Director for Facilities and Operations, said the deal would help "enhance every aspect of the Bobcat experience." Aramark currently serves approximately 300 colleges and universities nationwide and maintains partnerships with 47 NCAA athletic departments across more than 20 conferences, including the ACC, Pac-12, SEC, Big Ten, and Big 12.
