On August 20, J.H. Whitney VII, L.P. disposed of 10.11 million shares for $116.3 million, while PSA Healthcare Investment Holding LLC sold 957,918 shares for $11.0 million. Additional transactions on August 21 included PSA Healthcare Investment Holding LLC selling 2.25 million shares for $25.9 million as part of an option to purchase additional shares in the underwritten offering.

Raymond James lifted its target to $15.00 from $13.00, maintaining a Strong Buy rating, while RBC Capital raised its target to $16.00 from $10.00. RBC cited a pending California private duty nursing rate increase effective January 2027 and the company’s strategic positioning under the Ensuring Access to Medicaid Services rule as key drivers.
