Arrive AI, a provider of autonomous delivery infrastructure, announced two senior leadership changes effective Sept. 21, 2026. Bill Karwoski was appointed chief revenue officer, while Michael Trovato was promoted to chief technology officer.
Karwoski brings more than three decades of sales leadership and business‑development experience. In his new role he will oversee the revenue organization as Arrive AI scales deployments of its Arrive Point technology across healthcare, retail and enterprise logistics markets.
Trovato, a mechanical‑engineering graduate of North Carolina State University, has nearly 20 years of experience in robotics, automation and product development. He founded Valence Tek, an engineering firm that delivered robotic and automation solutions for clients such as Walmart, McKesson and Abbott Laboratories. As CTO, Trovato will direct technology and engineering strategy for hardware, robotics, electrical systems and embedded firmware, and integrate these components with the company’s software and cloud platforms.
Founder and CEO Dan O'Toole said the appointments position the company to convert its technology advantage into commercial scale, noting that the leadership talent for the next phase was already within the organization.
Arrive AI operates a delivery network that combines drones, ground robots and human couriers to serve logistics, healthcare and enterprise applications. The executive changes come as the company seeks to broaden the reach of its autonomous delivery solutions.
