The firm’s ARKK and ARKW funds sold 7,600 shares of AMD, valued at $3.47 million, according to regulatory filings. Concurrently, ARKK and ARKW acquired 93,290 shares of Cerebras Systems Inc (CBRS) for $17.30 million, reflecting a shift toward AI infrastructure plays.
ARKK also reduced its position in Tempus AI by selling 57,819 shares for $3.83 million and offloaded 8,945 shares of Roblox Corp (RBLX) for $346,708. In a separate transaction, the ARKG fund purchased 14,549 shares of Perceptive Capital Solutions Corp (FRNM) for $200,485. Brera Holdings PLC (SLMT) saw a partial reduction across ARKK, ARKW, and ARKF, with 9,063 shares sold for $37,702.
Additionally, ARKK disposed of 44,062 shares of Twist Bioscience Corporation (TWST) for $6.20 million, further trimming exposure to biotech holdings. The trades were executed on the same day and reported in filings dated August 25, 2026.
