The ARKK fund sold 90,621 shares of Tempus AI, Inc., generating proceeds of $6,995,034. Meanwhile, the ARKG fund increased exposure to multiple biotech firms, purchasing 143,257 shares of Scribe Therapeutics for $4,021,223, 65,553 shares of Beam Therapeutics for $1,699,789, and 20,908 shares of Veracyte for $906,570. The same ARKG fund also reduced its position in Twist Bioscience, selling 2,175 shares for $358,005.
In a smaller move, ARKW and ARKF each bought a portion of the 3iQ Solana Staking ETF, together acquiring 5,589 shares valued at $53,877.
These transactions reflect ARK’s ongoing rebalancing within its innovation-focused portfolios, shifting capital among emerging‑stage biotech and a niche cryptocurrency‑related ETF.
