Cathie Wood’s ARK Investment Management disclosed a series of trades across its exchange-traded funds on Monday, reflecting a shift in portfolio positioning.
The ARKK, ARKG, ARKW and ARKF funds acquired 169,357 shares of Intellia Therapeutics, a gene-editing biotechnology company listed on the NASDAQ under the ticker NTLA. The total purchase was valued at approximately $2.17 million, continuing a recent trend of accumulation in the biotech sector. Separately, ARK purchased 12,938 shares of Perceptive Capital Solutions through the ARKG ETF for about $178,673.
In contrast, the funds reduced exposure to gaming and entertainment by selling 26,199 shares of Roblox Corp (RBLX), valued at roughly $1.01 million. This follows prior disposals of 163,494 Roblox shares the previous Thursday and 26,616 shares on the prior Friday, indicating a broader strategy to trim holdings in the sector.
ARK also sold 10,661 shares of Brera Holdings (SLMT) across multiple ETFs, totaling about $45,629. The sales follow earlier reductions in Brera holdings earlier in the week, suggesting a continued exit from the position.
The transactions were disclosed in daily regulatory filings dated August 24, 2026, covering activity across ARK’s core and thematic ETFs.
