Amaze Holdings reported earnings per share that matched market estimates for the quarter, but revenue declined and missed analyst projections.
The digital payments company said net income remained stable year-over-year, while total revenue fell below consensus estimates. Operating expenses rose modestly, driven by higher marketing and technology investments.
Analysts had forecast revenue of $125 million, but Amaze reported $118 million for the period. Earnings per share were reported at $0.45, in line with the $0.45 estimate. The company attributed the revenue shortfall to softer-than-expected transaction volumes in key markets.
Shares of Amaze Holdings were down 3.2% in after-hours trading following the results. The decline reflected investor disappointment over the revenue miss, despite the earnings alignment.
Management maintained its full-year guidance for earnings per share but did not revise revenue forecasts, citing ongoing macroeconomic uncertainties. The company plans to focus on cost discipline and efficiency improvements in the coming quarters to offset near-term revenue pressures.
