Altrova Health Inc. announced that Reliability Funding LLC will serve as its exclusive sales agent and distributor across the United States. The agreement covers retail, online, commercial, healthcare and government accounts for Altrova's detection, protection and wellness product lines, but excludes the NIRLAB NIRLIGHT drug analysis device. The initial term runs for two years with automatic renewal tied to performance thresholds, and compensation is based on a share of profits from U.S. sales. Altrova retains ownership of its brands, intellectual property and manufacturing operations, and the deal does not include guaranteed purchase orders or minimum sales commitments.
In parallel, Altrova launched a non‑brokered private placement aimed at raising up to US$500,000 to fund the U.S. market launch. The offering is priced at C$0.05 per unit, each unit comprising one common share and one warrant. The warrant permits the holder to purchase an additional common share at C$0.06 for three years after closing. Proceeds are earmarked for product procurement, initial inventory, customer onboarding, training, marketing, sales support and working capital, subject to regulatory approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange.
Chief Executive Officer Geoff Benic said the partnership provides focus and speed for entering the United States, a key market for Altrova's products.
