Alpha Modus Holdings said it has entered a 12-month advisory and business development program with Circle The Wagons to expand its AI-driven retail platform ARIA and mobile financial service Alpha Cash across the U.S. supermarket sector.
The initiative targets the deployment of ARIA, which analyzes point-of-sale, camera, Wi-Fi and digital signage data, leveraging Alpha Modus’ portfolio of 12 granted U.S. patents. Alpha Cash, operated by Alpha Modus Financial Services, provides financial services via mobile devices and kiosks to unbanked and underbanked consumers.
Circle The Wagons, led by founder Barton Howard and a member of the Advisory Board of Retailer Owned Food Distributors & Associates, operates a network spanning several thousand retail stores and supermarkets. Member wholesalers of Retailer Owned Food Distributors & Associates supply nearly 7,000 independent supermarkets nationwide, representing approximately $353.5 billion of the $920 billion U.S. food retail sector.
Under the program, Alpha Modus aims to secure two ARIA beta agreements covering multiple store units, establish a reseller or distribution alliance for Alpha Cash, and present to at least five qualified prospects for Alpha Cash distribution. The company also plans to onboard eight active partners in the Alpha Cash alliance over the 12-month period, with progress tracked quarterly.
William Alessi, Chief Executive Officer of Alpha Modus, stated the partnership brings the necessary relationships, channel access and execution capacity to scale ARIA and Alpha Cash in new and distinct markets. The program follows a 2026 economic impact study by the National Grocers Association, which estimates independent supermarkets generate approximately $557.5 billion in annual economic activity.
