Three Albion venture capital trusts announced share offers targeting gross proceeds of up to £60 million, with a core target of £40 million and an over-allotment facility of up to £20 million.
Albion Enterprise VCT PLC and Albion Technology & General VCT PLC each seek to raise £15 million, with over-allotment facilities of up to £10 million. Albion Crown VCT PLC aims to raise £10 million without an over-allotment facility. The offers are managed under agreements with AlbionVC LLP, which will receive a 3% fee on gross proceeds to cover offer costs.
The offers open on September 7, 2026, with a closing deadline set for April 2, 2027, unless fully subscribed earlier. AlbionVC LLP is classified as a related party under UK Listing Rule 11.5.3R, and the boards of each trust deemed the transactions fair and reasonable for shareholders. Howard Kennedy Corporate Services LLP acted as sponsor, providing written confirmation of the fairness assessment.
The prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism in compliance with Financial Conduct Authority Prospectus Rules and will be available via the FCA's database.
