Akkodis, a global digital engineering consulting firm and part of the Adecco Group, has appointed Giles Guidicelli to lead its operations in Germany and Austria. Effective September 1, 2026, Guidicelli assumes overall responsibility as Group SVP Akkodis Germany.
Guidicelli joined the management team on May 1, 2026, working alongside Managing Director Thomas Klukas to prepare the leadership transition. Over that period he gained an in-depth understanding of the business and strengthened relationships with customers and partners. Following the completion of the transition, Klukas will move into the global role of Group SVP Strategic Execution within the Akkodis Group.
Guidicelli brings more than 25 years of leadership experience, having held senior management positions at companies including Capgemini Engineering before joining Akkodis.
Under his leadership, Akkodis Germany and Austria plans to align more closely with the technological challenges facing its customers, combining engineering and industry expertise with capabilities in AI, data, cloud, edge and software engineering supported by globally scalable delivery structures. The company says its goal is to accelerate the conversion of technological innovation into practical solutions and industrial applications.
