AIxC Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: AIXC) surged 112% on Tuesday after the company announced a strategic shift toward robotics operations and the commercialization of its RoboShare platform.
The Los Angeles-based firm plans to exit its Digital Asset Treasury strategy in an orderly manner as it refocuses on robotics. RoboShare, an online marketplace for robot sharing and rental, completed its first paid commercial order on August 15, 2026, marking a key milestone in the company’s transition.
The initial deployment included six robots across three product types for an event in Malibu. The lineup featured one Master humanoid robot, four Aegis Pro quadrupeds, and one Navi compact robot dog, all deployed to support a live performance and interactive display. The customer was DU$TY, a Los Angeles-based entertainer and content creator with 7.1 million Instagram followers.
RoboShare operates on a transaction-and-dispatch model, connecting robot owners with customers without requiring upfront purchases. The platform aims to validate repeat demand and operating economics in Los Angeles before expanding to a planned ten-city rollout. Near-term priorities include increasing the variety of available robots and securing additional customer partnerships.
The company’s revenue model is transaction- and service-based, relying on robot utilization, transaction volume, and platform scaling to drive financial performance. AIxC’s pivot reflects broader industry trends favoring automation and robotics adoption across entertainment and commercial sectors.
