Adecco Group Expands Salesforce AI Tool to 27,000 Employees Across 40 Countries

The Adecco Group has expanded Salesforce’s Agentforce Coworker—a generative AI assistant embedded within its enterprise platform—to its operations in 40 countries, following a successful pilot in the UK and France. Powered by Anthropic’s Claude, the tool supports workflows in sales, recruitment and candidate/client engagement, consolidating data, systems and organizational knowledge previously scattered across multiple tools. With over 2.5 million agent-candidate interactions since April 2025, Coworker is now accessible to 27,000 employees, enabling tasks such as identifying priority prospects, preparing sales briefs, enriching prospect data and tracking lead statuses. Recruiters can also use it to select candidates, launch pre-screening processes and streamline onboarding. The deployment follows an earlier deployment in ten countries, covering 50% of Adecco’s revenue-generating operations.
