The Adecco Group named Britta Kroupa as President of LHH Recruitment Solutions North America, succeeding Nicole Gable. Kroupa will concurrently maintain her leadership of Adecco Canada, effective immediately.
LHH Recruitment Solutions North America provides professional permanent recruitment, staffing and executive search across accounting and finance, legal, technology, supply chain, engineering, marketing, human resources and executive roles. The unit operates within the Adecco Group’s LHH business unit, which serves clients across 60 countries.
Kroupa brings extensive P&L and human resources experience to the role, including prior leadership as Head of HR for the Americas at Philips, where she oversaw approximately 18,000 employees across North America. Before joining Philips, she led 3M Canada’s Health Care and Consumer Business Groups and served as Country President of Philips Canada. Kroupa joined Adecco in June 2025 as Head of HR for the Americas.
In a statement, Kroupa emphasized the importance of specialist expertise in recruitment, noting her client-side experience in workforce management. "I understand the challenges organizations face today," she said. "Having recruiters with hands-on experience in the fields they hire for gives LHH a competitive edge."
Nicole Gable, who led LHH Recruitment Solutions North America for the past 18 months, departs after expanding the business’s retained executive search and interim practices. Under her leadership, LHH launched the U.S. Retained Executive Search and Interim Practice, earned recognition from Forbes and the Everest Group, and delivered record growth.
LHH Recruitment Solutions has been named a Leader and Star Performer in Everest Group’s 2026 PEAK Matrix U.S. Contingent Talent and Strategic Solutions report for IT, engineering and business roles. The unit also ranked among America’s Best Recruiting and Temporary Staffing Firms in Forbes’ 2026 survey, marking its fourth consecutive year as a Leader in Everest Group’s rankings.
