Accendra Health has scrapped its equity incentive program and named a successor to CEO Jean-Luc Veyrat, the company said on Monday.
The healthcare services provider said the equity program, which was designed to align shareholder and management interests, has been terminated with immediate effect. Financial terms of the program were not disclosed.
In a separate announcement, Accendra Health appointed Thomas Bührer as its new chief executive officer, effective immediately. Bührer, previously the company’s chief financial officer, will succeed Veyrat, who will transition to a non-executive advisory role within the organization.
The leadership change follows a period of restructuring at Accendra Health, which has focused on expanding its service offerings in European markets. The company did not provide further details on the strategic rationale behind the equity program’s termination or the leadership transition.
Accendra Health operates in the healthcare services sector, providing integrated solutions across Europe. The company’s shares are not publicly traded.
