Yellow Cake Shareholders Approve All 14 AGM Resolutions

Yellow Cake plc shareholders approved all 14 resolutions put to the company's annual general meeting on September 8, 2026. The London-quoted uranium sector specialist, headquartered in Jersey, said resolutions 1 to 12 passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 13 and 14 passed as special resolutions.

The approvals covered the re-appointment of seven directors, adoption of the annual report and accounts, re-appointment of the auditor, and authorization for the company to allot shares and purchase its own shares. Voting represented 58.90% to 58.99% of share capital with voting rights across the resolutions.

The highest support came for resolution 9, the auditor re-appointment, which received 99.99% of votes in favor. Resolution 13, concerning the disapplication of pre-emption rights, passed with 78.64% in favor and 21.36% against. Yellow Cake said it would consult shareholders who voted against the resolution and publish an update on views received and actions taken within six months, in line with the UK Corporate Governance Code.

As of September 4, 2026, the company had 257,243,467 ordinary shares in issue, 5,948,259 shares held in treasury and 251,295,208 total voting rights. It holds 24.4 million pounds of U3O8 stored in Canada and France.
