Wix Technologies Ltd. on Tuesday announced the launch of Symphony AI, an artificial intelligence agent platform designed to automate core business functions for small and midsize enterprises.
The platform integrates directly with Wix’s website and e-commerce infrastructure, enabling automated customer service, marketing workflows and operational tasks. Symphony AI is positioned as a turnkey solution for businesses seeking to reduce manual workloads while maintaining service quality.
Wix said Symphony AI leverages large language models to handle inquiries, generate content and execute routine processes such as order updates and appointment scheduling. The company did not disclose pricing or availability timelines in its announcement.
The launch reflects broader industry efforts to embed generative AI tools into small-business software stacks. Competitors including Shopify and Squarespace have similarly introduced AI-driven features aimed at streamlining merchant operations.
