UBS Group AG said it has increased the maximum purchase consideration for its tender offers to buy back outstanding debt securities to $4 billion from $2 billion.
The Swiss lender’s revised offer targets six series of dollar-, euro- and sterling-denominated notes with maturities ranging from 2029 to 2033. TheEuro-denominated notes total €2.05 billion, while sterling notes amount to £450 million.
Among the specifically identified offerings are $834.2 million in outstanding 9.016% senior callable notes due 2033, $758.7 million in 6.537% senior callable notes due 2033, and $3 billion in 4.194% senior callable notes due 2031.
The initial tender offers were announced on September 2, 2026. Noteholders may withdraw tendered securities until 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on Thursday, when the offers expire.
UBS established an acceptance priority system that gives top priority to the highest-yielding 2033 notes. If a series of notes is accepted for purchase, all validly tendered notes of that series will be purchased without proration, subject to the $4 billion overall maximum.
