Amarc Resources Names Braden Jensen Interim CFO

Amarc Resources Ltd. (TSXV: AHR) said Braden Jensen will serve as interim chief financial officer effective immediately. The Vancouver-based mineral exploration and development company said Carol Li, its outgoing CFO, is stepping down for personal reasons and will transition to an advisory position.

Jensen is currently Amarc's corporate controller and a Chartered Professional Accountant. The company said he has more than 15 years of experience in the natural resources sector and has served as CFO at several public mining companies in Canada over the past 11 years. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria and a post-baccalaureate degree in accounting from Thompson Rivers University.

Amarc also said it granted 250,000 incentive stock options to Tom McMillan, its vice-president of investor relations, who was appointed on May 11, 2026. The options carry an exercise price of $0.94 per share and are exercisable for five years, subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.

Diane Nicolson, president and chief executive officer, said the company thanked Li for her contributions, including support through a recent financing. Amarc is focused on copper and gold deposits in British Columbia and is advancing three districts in northern, central and southern parts of the province.
