TotalEnergies SE, the Paris-listed energy company, will redeem €1.5 billion of its deeply subordinated fixed-rate notes as part of its €35 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme. The redemption, due on October 6, 2026, follows the company’s exercise of an optional redemption provision outlined in the notes’ terms, with the final payment including principal, accrued interest from October 6, 2025, and any outstanding interest arrears. Each €100,000 denomination will be redeemed at approximately €103,369, reflecting the total cost of principal plus interest accrued over the period.
